Chapter 2331: The Meeting II

“You are telling the truth and not hiding anything, Micheal” said Silas Bishop, the leader of Sky Saber.

“It is Grandmaster Zaar, Lord Bishop, and I am telling the truth.

You can verify it yourself,” I said.

I could feel the great shock in his eyes hearing my words before blazing angered in them.

I do not have a good relationship with the sky saber since they tried to kill me, and now that I have gained sufficient strength, there is no need for me to fear him and be respectful to him; I could answer him back with no fear of consequences.

“Grandmaster Zaar, Lord Bishop is not doubting you; he just wants to get all the facts clear,” Lord Whitmore said while giving a look to Silas Bishop, which forced him to swallow his words which he was about to utter.

“I have stated all the facts in my reports, my lords,” I said.

My report is detailed, but I have kept truly important parts a little vague; they will not be able to verify it since the ruin had exploded into pieces.

Though not getting the energy crystals have really depressed me, I still think I have made a wise choice not to go for those crystals.

If I had, I might not be alive right now.

“You have said you got that artifact.

Will you be keeping it yourself or submitting to the Pyramid” asked Lady May, breaking the tense silence.

“I have no interest in the artifact, but let me remind you all, it is a very powerful artifact, and mishandling of it will burn people as powerful as you within a few seconds,” I said to the shock of all the members and the lamp appeared beside me.

“May I” Lady Lenora asked after a few seconds, I nodded, and a moment later, a teleportation formation appeared around the lamp, and it had disappeared a second later.

“Gasp!”

The lamp appeared in the hand of lady May, and she began to inspect it.

A couple of seconds later, her expressions changed suddenly, and a visible gasp came out of her mouth.

“My God, this artifact is really something,” She said and passed to Lord Whitmore beside her before going to the hands of others, and each one was shocked seeing it.

“Do you really want to give this artifact up, Grandmaster Zaar From what I can understand, it is very suitable for you.” Asked Lady May.

“It is a fire that is useful to me, Lady May, and I was lucky enough to collect some in the artifact I have.

The lamp, on the other hand, is a versatile artifact that would be a terror in able hands,” I replied.

It is not like I did not want to keep the lamp, and I wanted to before I saw there was a freaking fire fountain in my core which I could use for anything I wanted in my core.

So, there is no need for me to keep it in my hands.

It would be better if it is in a hand of some alchemist or somehow who fights with the artifacts.

“Since you have so graciously offered, we will take the artifact.

I am sure we will be able to find capable hands who could use it at its full potential,” said Lord Whitmore.

The meeting has lasted for a couple of minutes more, where they have asked me some questions and answered some of my queries, which were mainly about my mother, as she still has not returned.

This time too, I did not get any definitive answer.

After the meeting, I have worked in my core for a while before it is time for my mentees to come.

I had just thought that when the teleportation formation in the room lighted up and three people appeared in it.

Leonard, Eda, and Neela had appeared on time; Danielle is not with them; she is fighting in an extremely dangerous secrete battlefield in a very important ruin and improving rapidly; this is what her last communication addressed to me ten days ago.

“Good, you guys have appeared on time; lets begin wasting any time,” I said, and three disks appeared in the room; each one had a different formation which is wholly drawn with the essence of resources.

I am trying new strengthening methods on them; my being paralyzed has forced me to think differently try approaches that are different from the conventional ones, and I have been doing just that.

Buzz Buzz Buzz

They sat down on the discs without hesitation, and the formations have activated.

The runes moved and covered them before their essence seeped into the bodies of three of them systematically.

I could see calming smiles appearing on their faces as their bodies, soul, and constitution began to strengthen.

This way of strengthening is not painful at all; it strengthens the body in such a way that instead of feeling the pain, people feel pleasure, and its effects are also quite good.

If it were not for its many limitations and drawbacks, this method would have definitely become popular.

Seeing it would take about three hours, I went back to my core and worked.

There is no need to track them every second; as long as I looked now and then, they would be fine.

Soon three hours passed, and all the resources on the discs dried out; they got up, wore their clothes, and left after receiving my instruction.

It must be quite eerie for them to see me unmoving and to hear my voice without my lips moving.

If I had been in their place, I would have been creeped out by it.

I will be paralyzed for some more time; it will take a while before I get my movements back.

These spatial particles are quite hard to deal with, and unless I have dealt with 80% of it, I could forget about getting my movements back.
