If it was said that the Frestech Chamber of Commerce and the Magicians Guild had torn away all face before, making it impossible for them to cooperate and even starting to compete in terms of Low Grade Magicians, everyone had thought that it was just in terms of words and wouldnt end in action.
In the end, the Frestech Chamber of Commerce could be considered the most popular company on the continent and even the powerful Candra Empire and Marlow Empire cooperated with them. The Magicians Guild could be considered one of the largest organizations on the continent, but they would still have scruples and wouldnt start conflicting with the Frestech Chamber of Commerce.
But no one thought that the Frestech Chamber of Commerce would be so bold.
It was fine if the Magicians Guild didnt cause trouble for the Frestech Chamber of Commerce, but the Frestech Chamber of Commerce went to cause trouble for the Magicians Guild!
This was simply unbelievable!
After announcing that their transport fleets had been attacked, the Frestech Chamber of Commerce had questioned the Mana Magic Kingdom through official channels.
However, the results were as everyone expected. The Mana Magic Kingdom stated that they didnt know anything about this and didnt know that Great Magician Groven had led twenty three High Grade Magicians to attack the Frestech Chamber of Commerces transport fleet, casting this matter aside completely.
The Frestech Chamber of Commerce stated that they already had enough evidence to prove that Great Magician Groven and the High Grade Magicians he led received orders from the Mana Magic Kingdom. They received orders to target the Frestech Chamber of Commerces transport fleets, with the intention of destroying the Frestech Chamber of Commerces marine transport lines.
When this remark was sent, it immediately created a stir in all the countries of the continent.
If the Frestech Chamber of Commerces accusations were true, the meaning behind this would be too shocking.
Everyone knew that the Mana Magic Kingdom was a country that was founded with the support of the Magicians Guild and could be considered the Magicians Guilds power on the continent.
The Frestech Chamber of Commerce accused the Mana Magic Kingdom of sending a bunch of magicians to attack their transport fleets, which was very likely to come from the instructions of the Magicians Guild.
Like this, it would mean that the grudge between the Magicians Guild and the Frestech Chamber of Commerce had reached an irreconcilable level, so they were using this method to directly attack the Frestech Chamber of Commerce.
The Mana Magic Kingdom naturally refused to accept the accusations of the Frestech Chamber of Commerce, stating that they were slandering the Mana Magic Kingdom and had some hidden goal.
Therefore, the Mana Magic Kingdom announced that the Frestech Chamber of Commerce was an enemy company. They refused all contact with the Frestech Chamber of Commerce, while also stopping all products related to the Frestech Chamber of Commerce from entering the Mana Magic Kingdom.
For a company, this was a very serious punishment.
Everyone thought that this matter would end there.
In the end, the Frestech Chamber of Commerce was only a company, they wouldnt be able to do anything to a country. Not to mention a country that clearly had the number one organization of the continent, the Magicians Guild behind them.
However…...the Frestech Chamber of Commerce did the unexpected once again.
After the Mana Magic Kingdom refused to communicate with the Frestech Chamber of Commerce, the Frestech Chamber of Commerce had issued a final warning to the Mana Magic Kingdom through official channels. They stated that if the Mana Magic Kingdom refused to cooperate with the Frestech Chamber of Commerce in investigating the ambush on their transport fleets, they would take action.
What was a bit surprising was that the Frestech Chamber of Commerces final warning wasnt just sent through an official channel, they had also reported it through the various newspapers and all the various Magic Illusion Projectors installed in the various cities.
This naturally caused everyone to laugh at them.
Everyone thought that everything must have been too smooth for the Frestech Chamber of Commerce recently, which inflated their egos and they didnt even know their own positions.
Sending a final warning to a country in the name of a company
What a joke!
But…..While everyone thought that the Frestech Chamber of Commerce was just planning on talking, they actually took action.
In May of year 3793, the Frestech Chamber of Commerces guard fleets first and second fleet arrived in the southern harbour of the Winnes Duchy.
After these two fleets arrived, the Frestech Chamber of Commerces first, second, and third guard regiments also arrived, totaling a number of six thousand guards.
The three regiments spent five hours after disembarking to travel through the Winnes Duchy and the Abra Duchy to the north to arrive at the border of the Mana Magic Kingdom, officially launching an attack on the Mana Magic Kingdom.
At the same time, there were a total of thirty Magic Airships which had the fourth regiment and a team of special operatives to the border of the Mana Magic Kingdom, attacking at the same time as the three other regiments.
With the powerful attack of the Frestech Chamber of Commerces guards, the Mana Magic Kingdoms border guards werent even able to last half an hour before they collapsed.
Then the Frestech Chamber of Commerce guards continued forward, using less than two days to cut right through the kingdom, reaching the Mana Magic Kingdoms capital, which was called the capital of magic, Sorcery City.
It was this place that the Frestech Chamber of Commerces guards finally met the first piece of real resistance.
They fought against the only army composed completely of magicians, the Glorious Regiment that guarded Sorcery City.
The Frestech Chamber of Commerce guard leader Hart looked at the spells that flew in the sky in the distance. After thinking for a bit, he turned to his assistant and asked, “Meiken, tell me the equipment the various regiments have, especially in terms of their Magic Shields.”
Meiken nodded. He pressed on the Magic Airship control panel in front of him a few times and there was an illusion that appeared in front of them.
Seeing the countless glows in the illusion, Meiken replied with a smile, “Reporting to the leader, based on this, all the various regiments are doing good. There hasnt been a single Magic Airship or Armoured Magic Vehicle that has had their Magic Shield broken. Moreover, based on the energy report, as long as the other side keeps attacking with the same intensity, we can last at least another hour.”
“Good.” Hart nodded before turning to look at Lucari who was sitting at another control panel a bit further away, “Give the orders to the various commanders, they are free to fire at will. I want you to knock down some of those flies in the air for me.”
Lucari quickly sent down Harts orders.
After a while, the two hundred Armoured Magic Vehicles on the ground and the twenty Magic Airships released the glowing of magic at the same time. Countless Magic Shells flew out at the Glorious Regiment that the Frestech Chamber of Commerce guards were currently facing.
The Glorious Regiment was almost completely made up of magicians, so naturally they attacked with spells which looked very dazzling.
But now that the Frestech Chamber of Commerce fought back, the magicians of the Glorious Regiment were shocked to find that the other side had sent countless times more attacks at them.
Seeing the countless balls of magical light that flew through the air, the magicians of the Glorious Regiment could easily feel the terrifying magic fluctuations that came from them.
Facing this kind of terrifying attack, even the powerful High Grade Magicians didnt dare face it head on and chose to dodge.
But the Frestech Chamber of Commerces guards attack was very dense and very fast, so flying through the sky, they couldnt dodge them.
“Hong, hong, hong, hong, hong.”
Countless Magic Shells rained down on the Magic Barriers of the magicians of the Glorious Regiment, causing many small and large explosions to fill the air.
This was just the first wave of attack and half of the Glorious Regiments magicians were shocked to find that a large part of their magic had been consumed.
The Frestech Chamber of Commerces guards didnt stop their attacks as countless Magic Shells flew out.
Since the Glorious Regiment had been established, no matter which enemies they had faced, they had relied on the absolute advantage of having more magicians than the enemy to never taste defeat before.
But now facing the guards sent from a company like the Frestech Chamber of Commerce, the many magicians of the Glorious Regiment felt a kind of shock and fear in their hearts.
Seeing the quick and dense balls of light flying at them, the magicians that felt that their magic power couldnt take two hits from them turned to run without any hesitation.
The magicians that were in a complete formation had countless holes in them because of the magicians that ran, causing their entire formation to fall apart.
When Hart saw this, he was first a bit surprised before he couldnt help giving a cold snort filled with disdain.
“Hei, these honoured magicians, theyve always felt that they were more important and wouldnt be unwilling to escape on the battlefield like true soldiers.”
There was a voice that was filled with ridicule that came from beside Hart, but this was the leader of the dwarves Omar who had been sent to the command ship with him.
Hart looked at him before turning to look at the elf leader Furio who was at a panel watching over the situation of the battlefield. He thought that Furio was a powerful magician who was close to becoming a Great Magician, so isnt Omars words also scolding him
The sharp ears of the elf Furio twitched and had clearly heard Omars words, but he chose to ignore him as he turned to Hart and said with a serious expression, “The real battle is about to begin.”
Hart and Omar looked at each other before nodding and their expressions also became serious.-
